We have John Brice our exercise instuctor with another great chair baised exercise class, a visit from Laura Philipson of the Stroke Assoc. and the usual raffle and if there is time, a quiz.

During this meeting we will be taking menu details and transport requirements of those wishing to attend our Christmas Lunch on the 10th. December at the Ridley Arms.

The venue for our Christmas lunch this year wil be THE RIDLEY ARMS STANNINGTON at 1.30pm. This having the most requsts by members.

We will have a private accessable room with plenty of room for wheelchairs and walking frames As usual the group funds pays for the meal but diner pay for their own drinks
